We organize and stage your home

We take care of everything from start to finish - sorting, cleaning, pricing, advertising, and staging. We use merchandising techniques for visual interest, using display cases, clothing racks, clothing forms and tables. Afterward, we photograph the items and send special ones out as a tease for our buyers.

Pricing and Research

Our pricing team has over 25 years of industry pricing experience.  Items are priced at fair market value.  We also incorporate our outside network of professionals to ensure your items are properly valued.

Advertising and Promotion

Personal messages are sent out to our loyal followers and buyers .   They include interior designers, collectors, store owners, antique dealers, movie and television set designers and everyday people looking to furnish their own homes.  We also advertise locally, nationally, and on more than 5 platforms.

Selling Days

We decide on how many days your sale will be based on the amount of inventory and its value. Sale days are typically weekends. 

7.

Clean Up (optional)

After the sale days, we assess what can be sold via another platform and what should be donated to charity. We take care of moving those items and securing donation receipts if necessary. Afterward, we clear and clean your home leaving it broom clean.

8.

Get paid in 3-5 Days after the sale in certified funds.
